1. Connect Your Devices and Systems:

   • Electric Vehicles (EVs): Link your Tesla or other EV tracking apps to Sustainers. These apps monitor your driving behavior and energy usage.

   • E-Scooters: Connect your e-scooter's tracking app to the platform to record the miles traveled and energy consumed.

   • Cycling: Sync your bicycle apps (such as Strava) with Sustainers to track your cycling distances.

   • Renewable Energy Systems: Connect your solar panel or other renewable energy system to the platform via existing monitoring systems.

2. Engage in Measurable Green Activities:

   • Driving an EV: Drive your electric car instead of a gasoline-powered vehicle. For every mile you drive, Sustainers calculates the CO2 savings based on the difference in emissions.

     • Example: An EV saves approximately 1.93 kg of CO2 per mile compared to a gasoline car.

   • Riding an E-Scooter: Use your e-scooter for short trips instead of driving a car. Sustainers tracks the miles you travel and calculates the CO2 savings.

     • Example: Riding an e-scooter saves about 2.3 kg of CO2 per mile compared to a car.

   • Cycling: Cycle instead of driving. Sustainers monitors your cycling distance and estimates the emissions avoided.

     • Example: Cycling avoids approximately 2.3 kg of CO2 per mile by replacing car trips.

   • Using Renewable Energy: Generate your own electricity with solar panels or other renewable sources. Sustainers tracks the amount of clean energy produced.

     • Example: Producing 1 kWh of solar energy saves about 0.5 kg of CO2 compared to grid electricity.

3. Earn ECO Credits:

   • Sustainers calculates and verifies the CO2 savings from your activities and converts them into ECO credits.

   • Driving an EV: Earn approximately 0.00193 credits per mile driven.

   • Riding an E-Scooter: Earn about 0.0023 credits per mile.

   • Cycling: Earn about 0.0023 credits per mile cycled.

   • Using Renewable Energy: Earn 0.0005 credits per kWh of solar energy produced.

4. Convert to digital credits:

   • Every month, the ECO credits you accumulate are automatically converted into digital carbon credits.

     • Example: If you generate enough ECO credits to save 1000 kg of CO2, this is converted into an one digital carbon credit.

5. Access and Trade digital carbon credits:

   • The digital carbon credits are accessible through your Sustainers account. You can trade these carbon credits into Sustainer tokens at any time.

   • Companies and individuals looking to offset their carbon footprints can purchase these digital carbon credits too, providing you with economic benefits for your green actions.

6. Support from Businesses:

   • Businesses can also participate by converting their CO2 reduction initiatives into digital carbon credits via Sustainers. These digital carbon credits can be traded in the open market, providing an additional revenue stream and supporting sustainability goals.
